Cancellation Policy

Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order are not allowed 12 hours after an order is placed as we immediately process orders and send them to fulfillment centers.

Returns and Refunds

**In order to qualify for the 90 day guarantee, you must provide before and after photos**

We stand behind the effectiveness of our product and offer a 90-Day Results Guarantee. If you don’t see the results you expected within 90 days of using the product, we’ll give you your money back.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email us at support@peptonix.com with this information along with your order number to initiate the refund/exchange process.

Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraudulent activity, we verify all billing and shipping addresses to ensure they match the information on file with the payment processor. We also monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and may request additional information from the customer to verify the transaction. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer immediately.
