By submitting your photos, videos, testimonials, or reviews through our results submission form, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility
Participants must be customers who have used our hair growth products and are submitting genuine before and/or after results based on their personal experience.

2. Submission Requirements
All photos, videos, and reviews must be your own original content and must not infringe on the rights of any third party. You confirm that the information you provide about your experience is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3. Content Usage Consent
By submitting your photos, videos, testimonials, and/or reviews, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, adapt, and display the submitted content for marketing, advertising, promotional, and commercial purposes.

Your content may be used with your first name, initials, or anonymized identification unless otherwise requested.

5. No Guarantee of Publication
Submission of content does not guarantee that it will be used in marketing materials.

6. Release of Claims
By submitting your content, you release and discharge our company, its affiliates, and partners from any claims related to the use of your submitted photos, videos, or testimonials as permitted under these terms.

7. Agreement
By submitting the form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
